AThis agreement is being signed in Cumberland County, New Jersey and is where jurisdiction remains should any legal dispute arise.

Pet Marked Pup!
The purchase price of a pet marked pup is $___________. This price assumes the puppy is being picked up at the New Jersey address of Lilliston Sweet Danes. Any shipping will be an additional fee as to where dog is being shipped. Cropping will be done at an additional expense.
The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery and to have received proper vaccinations according to age: to be free of internal and external parasites; and to be accompanied with kennel documentation of medical care. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to Veterinarian for a health check within 5 days of receipt and report the result to the Seller.
We will microchip all puppies.
The Buyer agrees to follow the mandatory feeding plan that the Seller has suggest, by keeping the protein level at 23%, or slightly lower until the pup is two years old. No supplements such as calcium or table foods will be given.
The puppy is guaranteed to be free of genetic or hereditary health defects (as can be reasonably discovered at the time of purchase) for two years following the date of purchase. These include hip dysplasia, cardiomyopathy and thyroid diseases. The Seller reserves the right to have a second veterinarian of his/her choosing evaluate the dog’s condition before the guarantee will be honored, except in the case of OFA evaluated hip x-rays. Only OFA failing hips will be honored. If the puppy is medically confirmed to have such a defect the Sellers will replace the pup of equal value, from the next available litter. No refunds will be given.
Pups are only to be registered with the American Kennel Club.
Due to the high percentages of bloat in large breed dogs we are recommending that you discuss with your vet the possibility of tacking the stomach at the time of spay or neuter. Bloat is not covered under this contract nor is any illness believed to be related to overfeeding, high amounts of protein or over supplementation of vitamins and minerals. Also not covered in this contract are complications due to vaccinations and over vaccinating. Enclosed in your puppy packet is a vaccination protocol which should be followed. Please do not allow your veterinarian to administer more than one vaccination at a time.
Pet home pups must be spayed/neutered by 9 months of age. This puppy is sold on a limited registration. The fine for breeding a limited registration dog will be $1500 per pup delivered.
Show pups are closely evaluated and sold as show marked/show potential pups only. Breeder agrees to give advice on the training and showing of the pup, but cannot guarantee that the pup will become AKC pointed or an AKC champion. Breeder/Seller cannot guarantee confirmation of the pup, as it matures into adulthood, therefore, no refunds or replacement pups will be given on show pups. All show home pups will be co-owned by Paula Sweet, John Lilliston.
Pups cannot be re-sold under any circumstances, and must be returned to the Seller if the buyer cannot keep the pup, or to a home approved by the Seller.
The Seller states that the pup sold today is a well adjusted and happy pup. Temperament on the pups is not guaranteed. Our pups are well socialized, handled and loved between birth to the time they go into their new home; as well as puppy temperament tested at 7 weeks, prior to leaving the Seller. The Seller cannnot guarantee the pups temperment and disposition after it leaves our premises.
